There’s no crying in baseball, that’s what coach says, we are in this league, ladies only. Laughed at by many, rich men sponsoring teams, all of us gracing headlines in magazines. Celebrating milestones, supporting each others personal goals, emotions running high, two sisters fighting all the time. Husbands away at war, us traveling down these roads, playing teams all over the states, it can be dangerous these days. Unexpected turns and events, not sure when I will return to this scene again. Unconventional in every way, people all over the world come to see us play.
